We therefore expressly point out that the services used by FRANZ DÜRHOLDT GmbH & Co. KG use Twitter, Facebook, Xing, Google+ and YoutTube store the data of their users (e.g. personal information, IP address) according to their data usage guidelines and use them for business purposes.

FRANZ DÜRHOLDT GmbH & Co. KG has no influence on the data collection and its further use by the social networks.
